Activities abound in Miami and the Beaches, both on land and oceanside, making your decision to book a half-day charter or a full-day charter a challenging one.  If you are on a short vacation in Miami and would like to experience the colors and flavors of this multi-cultural city, we recommend booking for a half-day which allows you up to 4 hours on a charter boat tour.

For special events like a birthday, anniversary, special celebration, bachelor party, or corporate event, we suggest taking a full day yacht tour for up to 8 hours. This allows you to fully enjoy the magical waterways, restaurants, homes, and shops offered in the sunny Miami Beaches.

Whether you wish visit South Beach, North Beach, Brickell, Key Biscayne, or Downtown Miami, it’s the endless fun & entertainment you can experience in South Florida that is important.

Everything is just a 5-10 minute drive anyhow. From our gastronomy which has been on the rise since 2015, to our infamous nightlife, to casual and high-end shopping, to boating – the latter being the absolute MUST-do for many tourists that visit Miami year after year.

The typical Miami day of boating leads to an evening hangout at the best restaurants on the water, and ending with a night out at the hottest nightclubs like Club Liv, Ora Miami, or Story.

The Miami Beaches are divided in 3 different sections:

  • South Beach which runs from 1st Street to 23rd Street;
  • Mid-Beach from 23rd Street to 63rd Street;
  • North Beach from 63rd Street to 87th Street.

Use this location guide when making hotel reservations and planning activities in Miami Beach.

Planning your trip to Miami Beach

Half-day Yacht Tour (up to 4 hours)

Hint: this is our most popular private tour!

For our 4-hour half-day yacht charter tour we recommend pick-up at the Miami Beach Marina or Sunset Harbor Yacht Club, depending on where your reserved boat is located. Both marinas are conveniently located in South Beach.

We begin your trip by cruising through the intracoastal of Biscayne Bay, passing by infamous Star Island where celebrities like Gloria Estefan and  pharmaceutical billionaire (VIAGRA) Phillip Frost live. Continuing by Hibiscus Island and Palm Island where you will enjoy more of the extraordinary architecture and impressive beauty of the waterfront mansions, while sipping champagne served by our stewardess.

Then turn the bow toward Government Cut and pass by a man-made island named Flagler Monument Island, where a 104-foot obelisk stands in memory of Henry Flagler. Here you have a choice to anchor, swim, or jet ski your way on the island and explore. Since the uninhabited Monument park is only accessible by boat, you will frequently have it all to yourself on weekdays.

Get back onboard our beautiful yacht and while you are drying up, our crew is setting up a fresh fruit & cheese plate and your favorite refreshments to continue the tour moving south toward exclusive Fisher Island and the Port of Miami area. You will pass by popular destinations in Downtown Miami and Brickell, like The Bayside Mall, American Airlines Arena, and the Arsht Center for Performing Arts. Another highlight is the picture famous McArthur Causeway (I-395) bridge, which lights up purple at night (see pictures above of this amazing view taken by our yachting clients).

Now it’s time to slowly cruise back to the marina or you may decide to be dropped off at one of the popular waterfront restaurants with dockage accessibility, like Sea Spice Restaurant, River Yacht Club, Zuma, or Casa Blanca Restaurant, just to mention a few. Whatever you decide, our crew is there to make your experience on the water an unforgettable one.

Full day Yacht Tour (up to 8 hours)

On an 8-hour full day charter tour, we highly recommend starting a bit early so you can experience a beautiful sunny day on the waters and a sunset cruise that would take your breath away.

For this tour, we have 2 options for you and your guests.

Yacht Tour #1 – South to North Miami Beaches

The tour can start at your desired marina from Miami Beach Marina or Sunset Harbor Yacht Club Marina in South Beach. If you are staying more north of Miami Beach we can pick you up at Haulover Park Marina located close to Bal harbor Shops area. Or you may even choose to be picked up at your house on the waters with enough draft for the yacht chartered.

We will make sure everyone gets super comfortable and in a relaxing mode, beverage in hand, suntan on, and your favorite music playing, all aboard we go!

Captain will start heading north on the intracoastal area making your way north to Bal Harbor channel, you will enjoy the spectacular mansions and gated community homes surrounded the golf course on private islands. You can stop by Haulover Beach at the sandbar which is a popular spot for the locals as well as tourist. You may even see some celebrity partying on their boat. Smaller boats can anchor close by the sandbar where you can stand on the sand while sipping champagne and soak up the sun. If you are on a big yacht you can swim to sandbar or a tender can drop you off in style. Enjoy swimming around, jet ski, or just relax on the boat while our stew pampers you and your guest with food & beverage while dancing to your music of preference.

On the way back, you will pass by these very picturesque island of Surfside, North Bay Village, Indian Creek, Sunset Island I & II one of the world’s most exclusive gated communities. Remember this is your yacht for the day, you communicate with captain of your likes and dislikes.

Yacht Tour #2 – South Beaches to Biscayne National Park (Elliot Key)

Just like prior excursions we have listed, we will pick you up at a designated marina and off we start with a beautiful sightseeing in the intracoastal of Biscayne Bay, where you will pass by the most famous landmarks like Star Island, Hibiscus Island, Palm Island, historical Venetian Island, and prestigious Fisher Island to mention a few. Making your way down south towards Biscayne Bay inlet passing by American Airlines arena, downtown Miami and Brickell area you are now heading on the open waters for a 30-45-minute boat ride where your captain will be able to pick up speed towards Biscayne National Park.

This tour is great for people that love the ocean and nature and breath in all the fresh air South Florida has to offer. You will cruise until you get to one of the most visited places by boat called Elliott Key or Boca Chita Key located in the northern part of Florida Keys with ancient coral reefs raised above sea level and the historical lighthouse built by Marc Honeywell in the early 1900’s. It makes this location a must for snorkeling, stand up paddle board, kayak, swimming, picnic, and just relax on these quaint peaceful keys. Our crew is here to make sure you are being well pampered with enough sun block, quench your thirst, and belly full.

Please, feel free to ask more questions about this location as it’s a popular destination and worth appreciating the experience on a full day charter. Spend as much time as you want in this area and when you are ready to head back if time permits we will take you for a quick tour in the Miami River where you will see spectacular high rise buildings and restaurants on the river specializing in seafood and mixology. It’s the hip and the new thing to do for Miamians (see also our “Miami River Bar Hopping Boat Tour”).

You can be dropped off to any of the coolest restaurants on the Miami River or just head back to the marina and reminisce all the good times you had on your tour.

Choosing a boat

Your boat choice will be determined by budget, number of guestsoccasion and destination

May we suggest a 40’ Sessa or a 50’ Sea Ray for a budget-conscious group of 13 guests (excluding the captain and mate)? Or, how about a 70’ Sunseeker or an 85’ Azimut for that special occasion with a larger budget? Or a sexy 40’ Van Dutch for the partying group of 10 guests seeking a good time for 2+ hours.

Note: Fishing charters are permitted for a maximum of 6 guests by law.

Our Captains & Crews

Our knowledgable Staff has been in the boating industry for over a decade. They are well-prepared and informed, ready to guide and teach you, and answer any questions you may have.

While cruising onboard, your Captain will provide local fun-facts and general tour information per your requests. You will learn about specific areas of interest, celebrity homes, historical landmarks, places to stop and watch the sunset, the best restaurants to eat by the water, sandbars for swimming, the best snorkeling and fishing areas, the ideal time to catch the best fish, and even designated areas to jet ski.

South Florida seasons

Here in South Florida, we are fortunate to have almost perfect weather all year round – making it possible to enjoy a boating, yachting, sailing or fishing trip at any given moment!

During the Summer, we have a short period of hot and humid weather, with temperatures from the mid-80s to low-90s (29–35° C) and occasional afternoon rain showers. This combination creates the perfect conditions for swimming, sunbathing, and ice-cold mojitos.

Winter temperatures average 69.2° F (20.7° C) during the day and 50° F (10° C) at night, making it the preferred time of the year for tourists from up north to escape the cold and soak up the sun while enjoying the cool, dry air. It’s truly the most wonderful time of the year.
